Match report The semi final of teh County U17 Cup saw Yateley drawn at home against OTs and Romsey. Having decided to bat if they won the toss, skipper Chris James lost the toss, but OTs asked Yateley to bat,

Yateley got off to a fast start, despite losing Jonny and Chris J, eearly in ion the innings. Jack and Jimmy had a partnership of 67 in 7 overs which was the key to the Yateley score. With the dismissal of Jack and then James, Chris C and Charlie kept the score ticking on nicely to reach 154.

In reply Yateley soon had OTs in trouble, taking three wickets in three overs to leave OTs at 8 for 3. OT resorted to big hitting which saw a constant fall of wickets at regular intervals. All the bowlers took wickets with Kerr having the best economy rate, with 4 overs 1 for 15, but special mention must be made to Jacques. Yet again Jacques showed how to clean up the tail taking the final three wickets.
