Match report Great start to the U13's, with a good win away to Hartley Wintney.
HW started really well with 25 off the first 4 overs, then Yateley tighten up the bowling to make it 243 after 10 overs. good bowling continued and wickets started to fall and HW final total after 20 overs was 261 for 9. wickets were shared around and all bowled and fielded well.
So 62 was the target an as long as we batted sensibly the game was ours. Lucy and Amber started off and unfortunately lost a few wickets meaning after 5 overs Yateley were only on 205. Then some excellent boundary hitting from Lottie and good batting from Amelie took our total to 255 at the half way stage. Hannah and Maja then carried on the good work with Maja hitting a lovely boundary, so after 15 overs we were on 263 and the game was ours to loose. However 2 under 11's saw us home with some good stuff including a boundary by Niamh to take us to a win by 26 runs.

Super all round performance, and thanks to the 3 Under 11's that joined us today.
