YCC CLUB AND COMMITTEE VACANCIES

With the club's AGM on the 23/1 we are looking to appoint two key positions onto the committee of our club.

The committee meets every 4-6 weeks in the clubhouse.   The club is run by volunteers and this is a great opportunity to become more involved.

SECRETARY

A major role involved in all aspects of running Yateley CC.   Tasks include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for those seeking information about the club.
• Ensure affiliation and communication with all leagues and cricket organisations.
• Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Liaise with Chairman to arrange, prepare and take minutes of meetings.

FUNDRAISING MANAGER

Responsible for identify different funding streams in order to support club development.   Tasks include:

• To understand the club's financial requirements.
• To obtain and maintain financial and in kind sponsorship.
• To identify fundraising possibilities.
• To seek grants etc from external bodies e.g. Sport England, Local Authorities, Charitable Trusts etc.

Both these roles will give you the chance of not only developing skills and enjoying a new challenge but achieving personal satisfaction from putting something back into your club and community.
