Match report What a win to finish the season, Yateley batted first and Amber and Amelie never looked in trouble and after 4 overs the score was 222 for 0. The came Millie and Pips who were the masters of their own downfall, but despite 2 silly run outs in one over they took us to 234 after 8. Not to be outdone Maja and Gabbie produced the comedy run out of the day, believing the ball to have gone for four they were chatting in the middle of the wicket when the throw came in and the easiest run out Eversley will ever get. Maja made up for it shortly after with an actual 4, to make it 254 after 12. Then came the big hitters, Lottie and Frida took the Eversley bowling apart making 54 in 4 overs including seven 4's to take the total to a massive 308.
Eversley started ok, to take the chase to 246 for 1 at the hallway stage, with a wicket for Amber thanks to a sharp catch by Gabbie. However Yateley applied the pressure over the second half of the innings with a wicket each for Frida and Amelie and two in successive balls for Millie to mean Eversley finished well short on 257 for 6.
