Match report On a hot and humid day, Yateley won the toss and elected to bat on a hard, but dusty wicket.
All of the top 6 made a start, but then perished and it was left to Austin Reece and Will Forster to put together the first significant partnership (70), John Murphy gave will support for a while and then Vid hit 3 4's at the end of the innings to leave the total on 210.

An early wicket with a catch from Reeshan gave YCC a good start, but Sakshayan was looking comfortable for the visitors before "retiring" on 50 and Deep started hitting out leaving the match in the balance, despite some prodigious turn from Yusuf.
The game then "turned" on the introduction of Ant who managed to remove Deep with flight and drift before ripping out the lower order with his off breaks.
Sri came back to get the opposition skipper to top edge to the keeper (orders please) before he got the returning Sakshayan to slap the ball to Tyler who finally got his man.

A special mention to the significant number of spectators, Josh umpired for a while and others helped with the scoring, Caty and George acted as substitute fielders - lovely to see so many members enjoying the afternoon.
