Match report a drizzly start to the match, but playing on the all weather track we were determined to get a match in. Captain for the day Amelie won the toss and batted first. Yateley found runs hard to come by thanks to accurate bowling from Odiham and the loss of 6 wickets meant that Yateley finished with a low total of 222, even with Jess and Aryana playing hit and run.
We needed a good bowling performance and the girls did well with wickets for Anna, Amelie, Niamh and Aryana. We also had an excellent run out by Niamh and Anna nearly took a great catch, Hannah and Anna also kept well.
However Odiham made steady runs and in the end finished on 244. Special mention to Amber who played her first hardball match and did well.

we have had 2 hardball matches against Odiham and the sides were pretty evenly matched. onto matches with Rowledge and Frimley now, this team will only get better.
