Yateley Cricket Club Lost but narrowly and a cracking match!

Match report All that work on running between the wickets and looking for runs and today the girls decided to put it all into action. I've never seen such backing up and running in an U9s match and it certainly took the opposition by surprise. Tap and run was the name of the game. Some great line and length bowling from Odiham did becalm the girls at times but not for long. Very proud of Zara in her first League match who faced some very quick bowling but remained unmoved and not out, while Libby finally got the prize she's been striving for with her first wicket. Despite Odiham being unbeaten in the League by any team this felt like a victory for Yateley today with everyone stepping up to the plate.
