Match report We lost the toss and Odiham elected to bat . Odiham were 1 player short and were down to seven.

We started brilliantly, Sure' took three early wickets in her second over and we had Odiham on the racks at 10-6. With rain approaching, we were hoping for a quick finish but then allowed the last man standing to carry her bat and get their score to a respectable 86-6. Special mention must go to Megan Hughes who stood in as Wicket Keeper and Eve Long for bowling three overs to pull us out of a tight spot.

The heavens opened as we broke for tea and it began to look like we had let this one slip, but fortunately, after a short break, the sun came out and we got on with our innings. Batting was difficult on a very slippery track and we lost two early wickets, but steady batting ensured we reached their total in the 17th over with Caty Salter top scoring with 13 not out.

Player of the match goes to Sure' for her 3 wickets for 4 runs off 4 overs and her knock of 6 not out.
