Match report First 2016 season outing for the Ladies indoor team v the never-beaten (by any Ladies indoor team) Hursley Park saw the ladies mount a superb bowling attack with fewer extras bowled than HP. Opening bowler Molly took 2 quick wickets to have HP at 30 for 2. Excellent bowling support from AJ, Debbie and Megan bowling a tight line and length supported by Laura behind the stumps. HP's experience kept the runs ticking over but heads stayed high and fielders stayed on their toes. HP kept our batters in check with tight bowling but Debbie and Molly pushed hard for runs in a good partnership.
First indoor match is always a good learning opportunity after time away from the game so bring on the next!
