Yateley Cricket Club Lost but close fought!

Match report A superb attitude saw our younger U12 team finish the tournament smiling and with a growing confidence. For 3 of our girls it was their first cricket match and they stepped up to the plate 100% with the support of their fellow players.
So many wonderful moments today...Megan diving in the field and smashing the ball with confidence, Charlotte calling for runs, backing up superbly and making it seem effortless, Hannah bowling some beautiful balls and chasing down hard in the field, Rachel finding her line and length and pinning down the batswomen, Ella going for her shots and throwing herself into the fielding and Nayani athletically flying between the wickets and delivering some unplayable balls.

The weather looks set to improve and we can't wait for the rest of the season! Well done girls!
