Yateley Cricket Club Won 2 matches…exciting day!

Match report An exciting day's cricket where we went away with 2 wins and 2 incredibly close losses. In our match against Basingstoke we were chasing 17 in the final over and only missed our target by 3 runs due to fantastic self belief by the girls who played with fierce determination up until the last ball.

Team spirit as ever was high while our bowlers brought their best bowling out today. Some superb 4s, 6s and most pleasing of all wonderful backing up and running between the wickets to put fielders under pressure.

Dads on Father's Day…that was worth the early start, wasn't it?
