Match report Fanatastic effort from the boys and what a star performance from our Super Sub -Callum Doran, who came in at the last minute to help us out in the field and then went on to bowl a maiden in his first over for Under 13s and then his first ball of his second over took his first U13 wicket, finishing with 2 overs for 4 runs with 1 wicket (match ball went to Callum for a super debut).

We had a an opening partnership of over 90 thanks to smart batting from Liam Doran and Henry Plumpton (17 and 25 runs respectively), then Andre scored 6 not out and Max 3 Not Out, allowing further extras to build (69 of our 120 run total)

Our bowling was very strong, we went for 67 off the first 10 overs then just 28 off the next 10, including 3 back to back maiden overs, which took the initiative away from Cove. 1 of the maiden overs was a wicket maiden for Michael, who had very good figures of 3 wickets for 13 - well done Michael.

Miles played his captain's role well today with 3 overs for just 5 runs and a wicket. Well done also to Ragan for 3 overs for 12 runs and 1 wicket.

Fielding was very good - Miles took a catch in addition to a caught & bowled, plus Liam took 2 catches. Great work boys.

Our Mid On and Mid Off positions need to listen please and drop back 10 yards (not stand in line with the stumps...)

Great performance and positive encouragement for team mates tonight, a performance to be proud of for all 11 boys. 6 bowlers took wickets today.
