Match report A batting performance on the whole that showed off the development of a number of players through the season, Nick, Josh, Ollie N, William B all followed the instruction to "bat positively, steal singles and 2s", they also managed a few boundaries on both the off side and leg side.

We scored 63 with the bat, compared to Rowledge's 71, so it was the extras that made the difference with 63 from us compared to 41 from Rowledge. They were an A team, so scoring 104 runs was a really good effort from the boys and when we fielded I saw a team of 11 players supporting each other very well.

My only observation to improve is that I expect the boys to sit and watch their team mates bat, rather than chase around (parents please assist if I am umpiring)

Well done boys, another game Tuesday & hopefully one or two more, if grounds are confirmed. PARENTS - please make your boys available for these last games if possible, otherwise we will struggle to get out 11 players.
