YCC: Important: Help needed preparing teas, please find us a volunteer to make 1 tea

04 Aug 2013

YOUR HELP NEEDED URGENTLY - please find us a volunteer to make 1 tea

As you are probably aware we have been seriously let down by the catering company who have been providing our teas.  As a result we have decided that we can no longer depend on them.

We are looking into options for next year, but we need your help for the remaining matches of the season.  There are 3 home matches for each team so we need 12 volunteers to prepare and serve 1 tea each (2 for each date below).

Please could you find a volunteer (mum, dad, girlfriend, boyfriend, grandparent or anyone else you know) and ask them if they can prepare/serve one tea for us.  All I need is their availability for each of the dates below, then once the teams have been announced I will allocate an appropriate volunteer for each home team, I wont ask them to prepare a tea if you're not playing!  They will be given £55 to spend on the tea and if they haven't done it before detailed instructions are available.  An outline of a tea is shown below.

Thanks to Gail and Rachel for stepping up this week.
