Dear Members,
We hope that all members and their families are well during this challenging time.
Following advice from the ECB all recreational cricket is still suspended including training. Sadly all Yateley CC’s facilities are therefore still closed and we must advise members that even their individual use of the nets on a casual basis cannot be allowed at this time. Of course the grounds of Sean Devereux Park can still be used for peoples daily exercise.
For junior members, fun games and mini practices for the garden are being posted regularly on the YCC members’ Facebook page, please do have a look. The YCC coaches are very keen that players keep active and maintain their skills during this difficult time.
With the Government due to announce future plans on Sunday, the club will review this information and monitor the ECB’s future announcements.
Hopefully we can get back to some cricketing activities ASAP, however regrettably the YCC Facilities will remain closed for any use until notified otherwise.
