DISTRICT AWARDS - CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL AWARD WINNERS
Yateley Junior squads won five awards at the annual North Hampshire Awards night on Sunday.
First up were the Under 12 Girls who won their league winning all 8 of their matches. Twelve girls made it to collect the shield and medals which was the largest turnout by any of the teams.
Josie Marshall won the 12 girls Batting Award with the most runs scored in that league.
The U11 Boys Indoor Team were runners-up. The league only allow 2 players to receive the runners-up medals so James Newton and Joseph Simmons collected them on behalf of the squad.
U13 Boys Indoor Team won their league, captain Matthew Collins and the team received the shield and medals .
U15 Boys won the 15x15 Cup in the Plate Competition in the outdoor league.
Medals were presented by Bobby Parks the ex- Hampshire wicket keeper and Academy Coach.
