Match report Sunday evening saw 13 keen girls meet for a Yateley club friendly at the Eversley Indoor cricket centre - well, with no Girls indoor league this year we decided to arrange our own matches! Two closely matched teams played a hard fought but good spirited game captained by the two U14 players Caty and Amelia. The more experienced girls set a positive example with their excellent calling and swift running between the wickets with everyone taking a turn to bat 2 overs and bowl.
In the end the final score was 117 plays 108 and played hard until the final ball...an excellent way to spend a Sunday evening!
