Club Chairman

John Parker joined the Club in 1970. Two years later, he joined the Committee where he has remained ever since! Nowadays, he plays cricket only "in an emergency". Over the past few years, much of his effort has been devoted to helping with the project which has culminated in the superb new playing and clubhouse facilities .As a trainee groundsman and helper in various capacities, he is seen frequently at his "second home" during the Summer months.
