| 7 March 2006 - Adam Night – Comedy Hypnosis Show |
|
Paul Sandford has organised for Adam Night to perform his Comedy Hypnosis act at the club on Friday 24th March, start around 8pm. http://www.adamnight.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk. Paul promises this evening will be memorable and very amusing based on a number of performances that Adam gave in the past at a wine bar that Paul used to own in Basingstoke, called Bodias. "I have been speaking to John Parker about organising an event at the club for some time and thought that Adam Night would appeal to a lot of our members for a fun night out and a pre season get together. I must have seen Adam’s act over 20 times and still I find each one of his shows unique and really funny and I hope that his sense of humour will appeal to members of all ages. Richard Mortimer will be also be spinning some tunes in between Adam’s act and all profits
raised will go to the club. Tickets (£10 per person) can be purchased by emailing the web master

| 4 March 2006 - Umpires Tutorial Date Change |

| 27 Febraury 2006 - Recruitment Campaign |
|
With the season approaching, the club is running it's usual recruitment campaign but this year it is a little more extensive. As part of this drive, we are looking to enlist your positive support in this effort. Click to Download an Advert (pdf file). Could you possibly look into displaying the ad at your place of work or at any other organisation, such as another sports club, that you may have access to. You may wish to write your extension number on the bottom as well. Some companies may also allow a company-wide e-mail to be circulated. Do you have any other ideas for places where such notices can be pinned up? Also do you have any friends or acquaintances worth e-mailing who may know others, if not themselves, who might be interested? Just a reminder that the club is offering a half price annual subscription to anyone recruiting a new member who pays a full sub or a free membership for 2006 for introducing two or more new fully paid up members. If you find someone who would like to come to nets first then please tell him that we are at Wellington College from 12-30pm to 2-30pm every Sunday. Please take a few minutes to see what you can do along theses lines. Many thanks for your help.
